Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Global Clinical Program Lead to oversee assigned clinical programs, leading a cross‑functional team across regions. You will drive operational plans, timelines, budgets, and CRO/vendor management, ensuring compliance with GCP, FDA, and global regulations.

You will report to the VP of Global Clinical Operations and shape study strategy, enrollment planning, and performance metrics, balancing timelines, quality, and cost in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a scientific or health-related discipline. Advanced scientific or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in APAC region.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in drug development, clinical research and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple clinical studies in parallel, through direct reports and/or vendors.
• Leads all aspects of study execution, with or without a CRO, including operational plans and timelines to meet enrollment and completion.
• Promotes cross-functional partnership and provides direction for core teams, addressing risks.
• Develops and coordinates operational plans for clinical studies within a development program.
• Shapes regional Clinical Operation teams and manages CROs, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manages performance and career development of team members.
• Drives data collection, audits for data integrity, and budgets across studies.
• Influences recruitment strategies and budgets to meet targets.
