Job summary

Menarini Stemline in the United States seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead operational strategy for oncology trials, manage day-to-day study operations, and oversee CRO/vendor activities to ensure timelines, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will chair the global Clinical Trial Team, oversee data review planning and trial budgets, maintain eTMF, and mentor Clinical Trial staff while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive excellence in a corporate office

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline (scientific background preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years in clinical research with sponsor company or CRO.
• Oncology experience required.
• Understanding of clinical development in Phases I–III.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and FDA CFRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of clinical trial operational strategy and planning.
• Oversee day-to-day trial operations and CRO/vendor activities.
• Lead cross-functional Clinical Trial Team (CTT); manage timelines and budgets.
• Define Data Review Plan and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Mentor Clinical Trial Managers and Assistants.
