Viz.ai is a remote-first company leading AI-powered care pathways across the United States and Europe. We seek an Oncology Program Manager to own and scale oncology care pathways, train clinicians, and establish a single operating rhythm across functions.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive site activation and adoption. The role requires 5+ years in oncology/urology program management, strong clinical credibility, and experience with AI-native health tech.

Qualifications

5+ years in oncology or urology clinical operations or program management.
Experience working with community oncology/urology networks to drive adoption.
Proven multi-site program management with hard deadlines.
Experience at an AI-native health tech company or fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

Lead care pathway execution from contract to go-live with a focus on process improvement.
Design onboarding/training for oncologists and other care teams at activating sites.
Build relationships with clinical champions and administrators at networks and centers.
Represent Viz.ai at oncology and urology meetings and inform product direction.
