Job summary

Viz.ai is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Product to define, build, and scale oncology products. You will translate unmet oncology needs into clinically meaningful AI-powered solutions, collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver products that improve access to lifesaving treatments.

You will engage with oncology stakeholders, shape product strategy, and lead go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional partners to ensure adoption and impact across health

Qualifications

• 8+ years of oncology-adjacent healthcare experience or related field.
• 5+ years of product management in healthcare/software/AI.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to tie product decisions to revenue.
• Proven ability to build credibility with clinicians, KOLs and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define oncology product strategy grounded in customer needs and market dynamics.
• Own products end-to-end from concept to launch and optimization with clear PRDs.
• Collaborate with Design, Eng, and Marketing to ensure clinically meaningful, AI-enabled products.
• Lead GTM efforts with BD, Commercial, and Clinical to drive adoption and growth.
