CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Oncology Companion to provide concierge-style support to members undergoing cancer care. As the primary contact, you’ll build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers, guiding them through treatment, benefits, and available resources from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.

This fully remote role spans the contiguous U.S., with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with oncology patients.
• Experience in patient advocacy, healthcare navigation, or care coordination.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and caregivers throughout their cancer journey.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive outreach, support, and engagement.
• Help members navigate benefits, claims, and available resources.
• Identify and address barriers to care including transportation and financial challenges.
• Coordinate referrals and routing to clinical and support resources.
• Educate members on non-clinical aspects of care and programs.
• Support informed decision-making by explaining services and options.
• Collaborate with oncology clinicians, care managers, pharmacists, and behavioral health specialists.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, web channels.
• Advocate for members to deliver a positive, personalized healthcare experience.
