Job summary

Cycle Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Oncology Account Manager to join our oncology sales team. This full-time role will drive adoption of haematology/oncology therapies, engage with physicians, nurses and healthcare staff, and support access through Cycle Vita patient hub.

Candidates should have haematology and oncology experience, proven field-based biopharmaceutical sales, and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in haematology and oncology is required.
• Proven field-based sales experience in biopharmaceuticals.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Collaborative, ethical and proactive team player.
• Strong communication and CRM/data skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory execution of oncology products and launches.
• Engage with physicians, nurses and healthcare staff face-to-face and virtually.
• Educate providers on disease pathways and treatment options.
• Support patient access through Cycle Vita and specialty pharmacies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy and field insights.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and quarterly business plans.
