Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, software implementation, training, or project coordination.
• 1–3 years Automotive Sales or Finance experience.
• Experience presenting to customers required.
• Travel up to 100% may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Basic project management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Technical skills: familiarity with Sugar CRM, Salesforce, MS Office, Google Workspace, Teams, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned implementation projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate timelines with customers and internal teams.
• Schedule and conduct implementation meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure documentation is completed before launch.
• Verify customer configurations meet requirements.
• Validate integrations and data connections.
• Perform QA checks prior to go-live.
• Deliver virtual and onsite training; educate users on workflows.
• Provide user guides and training resources.
• Maintain accurate implementation records in CRM/PM system.
• Track milestones and deadlines.
• Provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and keep projects on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
