Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to schedule assessments for prospective patients and manage communications with referrals. This remote role supports the onboarding process by educating referrals about our services and coordinating with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a smooth start for patients.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Preferred outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Call on prospective patients daily and schedule assessments.
• Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources.
• Meet daily/weekly goals for assessments scheduled.
• Communicate effectively with patients.
• Work independently and as part of the team.
• Maintain contact with referral sources and internal staff.
• Document calls, tasks and appointments in Salesforce.
• Support onboarding calls to educate referrals about AnewHealth/ExactCare.
