Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy in Georgia seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead client outcomes, develop treatment plans, and supervise staff. This role offers remote or in-person supervision, parent training, and work across home, daycare, and school settings, while ensuring HIPAA and BACB compliance.

Salary is $85.00-$100.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), PTO, mentorship, CEUs, health/dental/vision, and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Experience with treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills; dedicated to meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
