Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking an SAP Commerce Cloud Production Support Engineer to ensure stability, performance, and reliability of a high-scale eCommerce platform. You will handle production incidents, perform RCA, and collaborate with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive timely resolutions.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across SAP Commerce, Java, Spring, Spartacus, Angular, REST APIs, and databases, with on-call coverage and operational readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 3+ years development experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) or SAP Commerce (Hybris).
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, SAP Commerce CCv2, OCC APIs, Spartacus, Angular, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, SQL.
• Knowledge of catalog synchronization, product feeds, pricing, promotions, and checkout workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control and branching strategies.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana.
• Experience supporting production releases, post-deployment validation, and operational readiness.
• Ability to work with development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to validate fixes and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on production support for SAP Commerce Cloud on high-volume eCommerce platform.
• Participate in rotating on-call weekend/holiday schedule.
• Respond and resolve production incidents with focus on uptime.
• Monitor health, performance, integrations, and critical transactions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex SAP Commerce, Java, OCC API issues.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive, data-driven fixes.
• Coordinate with teams to validate fixes and deployments.
• Support production releases and post-deployment validation.
• Communicate incident status and impact to stakeholders.
• Document incidents, RCAs, and operational procedures.
