Job summary

Casm Limitlessli in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced eCommerce Application Developer to join our team. You will lead technical designs, hands-on coding, and release cycles within SAP Commerce ecosystem, collaborating with global Product Owners and Developers.

Responsibilities include SAP Commerce/Hybris development, CPQ, integration with ECC, CRM (Salesforce or similar), and driving AI-enabled automation while mentoring backend Java/Spring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development, +2 years with SAP CPQ.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and Configure/Engineer to Order workflows.
• Proficient in headless architecture using Spartacus or ReactJS with OCC APIs.
• Deep Java/J2EE and Spring Framework expertise; CI/CD and agile delivery experience.
• Experience applying AI tools (Claude AI or similar) for automated tasks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop end-to-end SAP Commerce solutions (Hybris) with CPQ integrations.
• Lead release management and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Mentor backend developers in Java/Spring, enforce code quality and Hybris standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Devs to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop custom AI skills/agents to automate repetitive tasks and governance.
