Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an SAP Commerce Cloud Production Support Engineer to ensure day-to-day stability and reliability of our high-scale eCommerce platform.

You will troubleshoot across Java, Spring, OCC APIs, Spartacus, Angular, and SAP configurations, working with logs, SQL, and monitoring tools to resolve incidents and improve resilience. Remote opportunity in the United States; participate in on-call rotations, support releases, and collaborate with development teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/engineering/IT.
• 3+ years development experience with SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 or Hybris.
• Strong Java, Spring, OCC APIs, Spartacus, Angular, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, SQL and JAVA skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on production support for SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 in a high-volume eCommerce environment.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage for weekends and holidays.
• Respond quickly to production incidents with a focus on customer impact and availability.
• Monitor health with Dynatrace, Kibana, and logs; analyze and triage issues.
• Troubleshoot SAP Commerce, Java, OCC APIs, Spartacus, Angular, REST APIs, and DB integrations.
• Perform RCA, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Support releases, post-deployment validation, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to validate fixes.
