EPM Scientific is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and execute strategic omnichannel marketing initiatives for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will serve as the primary client contact, guiding programs for HCP and patient audiences and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in life sciences marketing, strong strategic thinking, and proficiency with CRM platforms and AI/ML tools in healthcare marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech/healthtech or life sciences marketing environments.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and complex projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and PM skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital engagement tools, and AI/ML in healthcare marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance.
• Develop and manage omnichannel marketing and engagement programs for HCP and patient audiences.
• Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
