Koniag Operations Services, LLC (KOS), a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an ICAM Governance Specialist to support enterprise identity and access management for a federal client in Washington, DC. This hybrid role focuses on governance, change management, and stakeholder communications to ensure MFA adoption and regulatory alignment.

Bridge between policy and technical execution across ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra, and Okta Identity, ensuring secure transitions and ongoing compliance

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust.
• 6-10+ years in IT governance or cybersecurity in federal contracting.
• 3+ years supporting ICAM or Zero Trust initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support ICAM Lead with architectures and AoA under EO 14028, OMB Zero Trust, NIST 800-63.
• Support ICAM governance and integration with Entra and Okta.
• Establish governance frameworks integrating identity lifecycle with ITSM in ServiceNow.
• Communicate with stakeholders on compliance landscape and MFA adoption.
• Serve as primary communications lead for ICAM program to executives and staff.
• Develop briefings and transition plans with SBA teams.
