Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Offshore Structural Engineer to join a globally distributed engineering team. You will design and analyze offshore platforms and pipelines, ensuring safety and reliability across subsea and topside facilities.

With 7+ years in offshore structural engineering, you will use ANSYS, SACS, and STAAD.Pro to deliver compliant solutions while working effectively from a remote setting. A competitive salary and global benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
7+ years offshore structural engineering experience.
Proficiency in ANSYS, SACS, or STAAD.Pro.
Knowledge of API, DNV, ISO offshore codes and standards.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design of offshore platforms, pipelines, and subsea components using FEA software.
Develop and execute structural integrity management plans, including inspection, assessment, and maintenance strategies.
Ensure compliance with offshore codes and standards (API, DNV, ISO).
Collaborate with project teams in a remote setting (naval architects, project managers, clients).
Provide technical expertise for fabrication, installation, and decommissioning phases.
