BH Properties seeks an Office Manager for Philippine operations to lead a team of 50 contractors remotely from the Philippines, aligning recruitment plans with leadership. You will oversee sourcing, onboarding, and HR processes while ensuring compliance and high confidentiality.

You will report to the Senior Managing Director and work during U.S. Pacific business hours, contributing to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial real estate investment group.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in office management, sourcing, or human resources.
• Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of 50 contractors based in the Philippines.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for commercial real estate roles.
• Oversee sourcing across platforms and manage screening and selections.
• Support onboarding and HR operations for new hires in the Philippines.
• Review recruiting metrics and prepare regular leadership reports.
