The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and strong problem-solving skills, enabling them to provide technical support and work in a fast-paced environment. The position includes remote work and a salary range of $76,000 to $105,000, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within engineering, manufacturing, or the mechanical service industry.
• Experience with oil-free and contact-cooled air compressor systems.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with technical documentation during product development.
• Generate Kit BOMs and create new part numbers.
• Drive new product idea generation.
• Engage with customers for development support and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical presentations and solutions for OEM applications.
• Support existing and develop new OEM customers.
• Assist with aftermarket parts selection.
