Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Advisor Business Analyst to spearhead transformation initiatives in healthcare technology and operations. You will partner with leaders, assess impacts, and develop adoption strategies to minimize disruption while maximizing outcomes.

You will mentor teams on change management best practices, drive stakeholder engagement, and translate complex technical information into actionable insights across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in BA, OCM, Consulting, or Transformation.
• Proven leadership of organizational change initiatives for tech deployments and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of change frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional teams; healthcare domain preferred.
