Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Advisor Business Analyst to drive large-scale healthcare and technology transformations. You will lead change initiatives, engage stakeholders, and ensure adoption of new processes and systems across client projects.

• 9+ years of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation experience.
• Experience leading Organizational Change Initiatives for technology implementations and business transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management Frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business information into actionable insights.

As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Advisor Business Analyst at Gainwell, you will lead business transformation and change initiatives that support large-scale healthcare, technology, and operational programs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring that organizational changes are effectively planned, communicated, adopted, and sustained.

Leveraging your expertise in change management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare operations, you will help clients and internal teams successfully navigate complex transformations while minimizing disruption and maximizing business outcomes.

Lead organizational change management activities supporting complex healthcare, technology, and business transformation initiatives.

• Partner with business and technical leaders to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate change readiness assessments, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify risks, barriers, and opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and organizational impacts, providing recommendations that support successful transformation outcomes.

9+ years of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation experience.

• Proven experience Leading Organizational Change Initiatives for Technology Implementations, Process Improvements, and Business Transformation Programs, and Writing OCM Plans.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management Fameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar) with expertise in Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessments, and Change Readiness Activities .
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills with the ability to Translate Complex Technical and Business Information into Actionable Insights.
• Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States

Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
