Marsh is seeking a claims professional to support OCIP/CCIP programs across a flexible remote role or in Southeast Zone locations (Miami, Atlanta, Greenville, Richmond, Washington, DC). You will build relationships with clients, resolve issues, and enhance coverage offerings through expert claims handling.

The role emphasizes OCIP/CCIP claims experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting risk management objectives.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of insurance claims experience in workers' compensation and liability, ideally with OCIP/CCIP construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, risk management or related subject.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Review daily reports to determine if any claim should apply to OCIP.
• Log related automatic Central Reporting reports and maintain incident folders.
• Assist in setting up OCIP claims and coordinate with RIS for RMIS entries.
• Develop and maintain process documents related to claims handling.
• Summarize claims activity to Risk Management and create monthly reports.
• Ensure OCIP processes are followed and assist with incident defense when needed.
