Job summary

Marsh seeks a qualified insurance claims professional to join our team with focus on OCIP/CCIP and construction-related claims. The role supports client relationships and retention by consulting on products and services, and by coordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve claims.

The position offers remote work options or a base in Southeast Zone locations (Miami, Atlanta, Greenville, Richmond, Washington, D.C.).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of insurance claims experience in workers compensation and liability, ideally with OCIPs/CCIPs, construction insurance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports to determine OCIP applicability for claims.
• Review and log automatic Central Reporting reports.
• Create and maintain incident folders and filing structure.
• Assist in setting up OCIP claims as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and risk management for data for claims.
• Develop and maintain process documents related to claims handling.
• Summarize claims activity for Risk Management and prepare monthly reports.
• Ensure FELA process compliance where applicable.
