Marsh is seeking a detail‑oriented insurance claims professional to join our team in a remote or Southeast Zone location. You will focus on OCIP/CCIP claims, reporting, and risk management collaboration to improve retention and service.

The role emphasizes reviewing reports, logging incidents, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining documentation. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of claims experience are preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance claims experience (workers' compensation and liability).
• Experience with OCIPs/CCIPs or construction insurance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports to determine OCIP applicability on claims.
• Log Central Reporting reports and manage incident folders.
• Assist in setting up OCIP claims as needed.
• Develop and maintain process documents for claims handling.
• Summarize claims activity for Risk Management and generate monthly reports.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to obtain data for claims.
