Marsh seeks a claims professional to support OCIP/CCIP programs across the Southeast Zone, with option for fully remote work or from Southeast locations such as Atlanta, GA. You will manage claims setup, coordinate with adjusters, and report to risk management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in workers' comp and liability claims and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus strong communication and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of insurance claims experience in workers' compensation and liability.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, risk management or related subject.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Review daily reports for OCIP applicability and claims.
• Log and file incident-related emails and create incident folders.
• Assist in OCIP/CCIP claim setup and RMIS entry.
• Develop and maintain claims process documents.
• Summarize claims activity for Risk Management and generate monthly reports.
