Job summary

NEPC, LLC is seeking an OCIO Operations Analyst in Boston or remote in any registered state. You will support trading processing, cash and positions reconciliations, and settlement confirmations across diverse asset classes.

The role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with asset managers, custodians, and internal teams, ensuring timely trade communication, documentation, and compliance

Qualifications

Experience in financial operations and trading support is preferred.
College degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Act as main point of contact for trade communication with asset managers, hedge funds, and custodians.
Prepare and complete transaction forms, observe deadlines, and monitor liquidity and cash needs.
Support capital calls, distributions, and proxy pricing for alternative assets.
Assist in process improvements to enhance operational workflow.
Maintain thorough documentation of all activity for each account.
Prepare cash reconciliations and reconcile positions at market open.
Support OCIO team on special projects as needed.
