Job summary

NOCD is a telehealth provider expanding access to OCD treatment through its video platform. We seek licensed LMHCs or LMFTs in New York pursuing Diagnostic Privilege, with supervision to complete the 2,000 hours. NOCD offers supervision, ERP/OCD training, and a clear path to independent Dx Privilege.

You will manage your caseload, document in the EHR, and collaborate with a network of providers while gaining specialized OCD training and flexible remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted NY license as an LMHC or LMFT.
• At least 1,000 of the 2,000 required hours of supervised direct client contact already completed with diagnosis, psychotherapy, and assessment‑based treatment plans.
• Qualifying graduate coursework covering NYSED's required content areas as reflected on your transcript.
• Able to secure third‑party certification of the above via NYSED Forms 2D/4D.
• Practical experience independently diagnosing (may be satisfied during pre‑licensed supervised experience).
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with ERP, CBT, ACT.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based therapy to Members with OCD via the NOCD video platform under supervision toward Diagnostic Privilege.
• Manage your own caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation in the NOCD EHR.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions focused on diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Participate in NOCD clinical consultation and ERP/OCD training.
• Collaborate with NOCD's network of providers to reinforce treatment decisions.
