Job summary

NOCD, the leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, seeks Independently Licensed Therapists (KY) to join our national network. You will deliver evidence-based therapy via our video platform, manage caseloads, document in the NOCD EHR, and participate in ongoing training and consultations.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters, license in KY (LP/LPCC/LMFT/LCSW), with ERP/CBT experience preferred. Remote work is available with opportunities for professional growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold full and unrestricted license to practice in your state (KY).
• Masters degree required and eligible for licensure.
• Experience with ERP/CBT/ACT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Engage in clinical consultation and training.
• Collaborate with network of providers on treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Participate in NOCD training programs and group consultations.
• Offer after-hours availability for member sessions.
