Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services across its patient caseload, focusing on pediatrics and independent living skills.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and be licensed or eligible for CA licensure, with experience in clinic or school settings and proficiency with telehealth platforms. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Proficiency with teletherapy through our platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatric clients (18 months+).
• Feeding/Hand Therapy experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
