Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth OT services to a diverse outpatient caseload. You will assess needs, develop plans, and deliver interventions to promote independence and functional ability.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy with an active California license or eligibility, are comfortable with pediatrics (18 months+), and can work within HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatric patients (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth to help patients achieve goals.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Technology: Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments and participate in professional development.
