Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth OT services to a diverse caseload. You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote functional independence.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in OT with an active CA license (or ability to apply). Experience in clinics or schools and comfort with pediatrics are preferred; Spanish skills are a plus. Teletherapy platform proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Active CA State OT license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or through clinical interview.
• Teletherapy platform proficiency.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: develop individualized plans and goals based on assessments.
• Intervention: deliver remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Education: teach patients and caregivers techniques to improve independence.
• Documentation: maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Compliance: ensure HIPAA privacy and regulatory adherence.
• Technology: use telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: stay current with OT developments and participate in development.
