Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth OT services across the United States. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and deliver interventions to promote independence and functional improvement.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in OT, CA licensure or eligibility, and comfort working with pediatric populations. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and HIPAA compliance is essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CAState Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs via telehealth and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver remote occupational therapy services and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct sessions.
• Stay current with developments in occupational therapy through ongoing education.
