Job summary

All Care Therapies is expanding its Occupational Therapy telehealth services and seeks a Remote Occupational Therapist to serve clients nationwide, including California licensure reimbursement. You will assess, plan, and deliver remote therapy to diverse patients, focusing on improving functional independence and daily living skills.

The role requires a Master’s in OT, an active CA license or eligibility, and comfort with telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license in CA or ability to apply for licensure in CA.
• Experience delivering services via teletherapy.
• comfortable working with pediatric populations (18 months+).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload via telehealth.
• Assess patients’ function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions to improve daily living skills and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively to conduct sessions.
• Stay current with OT best practices and ongoing professional development.
