Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to patients across the United States. You will assess, plan and implement interventions to enhance independence and functional abilities in a diverse caseload.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, an active California license or ability to apply, and clinic or school-based experience. Experience with pediatrics is preferred, and California licensure reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or higher) from an accredited program.
• Active California State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Proficiency to conduct teletherapy through an all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatric clients (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services and interventions to improve function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with OT progress.
