Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our telehealth team delivering remote OT services to clients nationwide. You will assess, treat, and educate patients to promote independence, with a focus on pediatric populations.

This is a remote opportunity leveraging our all-inclusive teletherapy platform. Applicants should hold a Master7s in OT and an active California OT license or be in the process of obtaining one.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State OT license or ability to apply.
• Experience in clinic or school settings and teletherapy.
• Comfort with pediatric caseload (18 months+).

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized plans based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Deliver remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers to enhance independence and well‑being.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Ensure HIPAA privacy and regulatory standards.
• Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively for remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with OT developments and engage in professional growth.
