Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver teletherapy services to a diverse caseload. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve functional independence.

Requirements include a Master’s in OT and a California license or eligibility, with comfort working in pediatrics and a client-centered, HIPAA-compliant telehealth environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State OT License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatric clients (18 months+).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services and therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
