Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to a diverse pediatric caseload. The role focuses on evaluating needs, building individualized plans, and delivering interventions to enhance function and independence.

You will educate families, maintain thorough documentation, and stay current with teletherapy practices while upholding HIPAA standards and collaborating with a Clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California State Occupational Therapy license or ability to apply.
• Experience in clinic or school settings or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy on our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfort working with pediatric populations (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth platforms.
• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve independence and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant privacy and confidentiality.
