Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to provide telehealth services to a diverse caseload of pediatric and adult clients across the U.S.

You will assess, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver interventions, educate caregivers, and document progress while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This teletherapy role offers flexible scheduling and collaborative supervision for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active CAState Occupational Therapy License or eligibility.
• Experience in clinic or school settings or via clinical interview.
• Ability to conduct teletherapy using our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfort working with pediatric clients (18 months+).
• Feeding/Hand therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: conduct evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment planning: develop individualized plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Education: educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Documentation: maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: adhere to HIPAA and relevant regulations.
• Technology: use telehealth platforms effectively for sessions.
• Continuing Education: stay current with developments in occupational therapy.
