Job summary

Otonomee is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join the team from Portugal, supporting our partner Oura Health and global customers. The role focuses on live interactions via chat, email, and phone, with an emphasis on empathetic, solution-driven service and continuous improvement.

The position offers rotational shifts 8am–8pm (weekends) and a permanent contract, with benefits including a home office setup, internet and meal allowances, and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in customer service with live interactions across chat, email or phone channels.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical queries and provide clear, guided solutions.
• Proactive, growth-minded and adaptable to policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues related to purchases, orders, shipping, setup, connectivity and warranties with precision.
• Deliver premium customer service through chat, email and phone, addressing inquiries and providing clear guidance.
• Collaborate with teams to identify recurring problems and contribute to improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and contribute to knowledge base articles.
