Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate Occupational Health qualification to deliver full OH services. The role includes case management, fitness-for-work assessments, and health surveillance, in line with client contracts and Health Partners policies.

You will respond to queries, maintain records to NMC standards, and work across a hybrid setup at the client site in Inchinnan, with one day on site and the rest remote.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma)
• NMC registration and active practice
• Experience delivering OH case management and advice

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, evidence-based OH case management for attendance, fitness for work and related requests.
• Produce comprehensive, professional OH reports.
• Provide advice on legislative requirements and best practices in OH.
• Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance per policies.
• Evaluate medical and surveillance results and escalate when needed.
• Maintain NMC registration and comply with guidelines on supervision and continuous learning.
• Proficient in Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, Case Management, and Fitness for role assessment
