United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced observability engineer to design and operate cloud-native monitoring and automation solutions across SPL, DQL, LogQL and CWLI. You will help drive incident response, alert engineering, and reliability practices in collaboration with multiple product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in observability engineering and automation.
• 5+ years with SPL/DQL/LogQL/CWLI.
• 4+ years designing cloud-native operational solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 4+ years integrating platforms via REST APIs (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO).
• 3+ years developing production-grade automation with Python.
• 3+ years with event-driven/serverless architectures (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS).
• 3+ years implementing AIOps: alert correlation, anomaly detection, automated remediation.
• 3+ years establishing SRE: SLIs/SLOs, incident response, health monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate cloud-native observability platforms.
• Implement alerting and incident routing strategies.
• Integrate telemetry from APIs, OpenTelemetry, Redis, SQL, NoSQL.
• Collaborate with teams across product and engineering to standardize observability practices.
