Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Monitoring Engineer to lead the ESOM monitoring effort on the Enterprise Command Center for our VA client. You will design, deploy, and evolve Dynatrace and SolarWinds dashboards, policies, and observability views for technical and leadership audiences.

Applicants must have 5+ years in monitoring tools and a Bachelor's degree (or 10+ with Master’s) and be able to work with cross-functional teams in a government environment requiring Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and administering Dynatrace or monitoring tools, including dashboards and alerting
• Experience with Dynatrace and SolarWinds deployment, configuration and performance tuning
• Experience integrating monitoring with ServiceNow for automated incident and CMDB workflows
• Knowledge of infrastructure, application, and network monitoring concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot in complex enterprise environments and work across engineering teams
