Job summary

The Coding Network, LLC is seeking an OBGYN coder to remotely perform coding for a number of clients across the country. The role offers a flexible 15–40 hour/week commitment and requires a strong track record in OB/GYN coding, active certification, and the ability to pass TC N’s coding exam.

Contractors will access client EMRs remotely and return the coded cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Applicants should be prepared to test and submit resumes for consideration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of OBGYN coding experience.
• Active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT).
• Must live and work in the United States and be able to pass TCN’s OBGYN Coding Exam.

Responsibilities

• Code OB/GYN cases for multiple clients remotely.
• Access operation reports via remote EMR connection and return coded cases.
• Submit coded results to clients in a timely manner.

Job description

The Coding Network (TCN) is looking to contract with an OBGYN coder to perform the OBGYN coding for a number of clients throughout the country. The coder will access the operation reports via a remote connection to the client's EMR and return the coded cases. Hours can range from a 15-40 hour/week commitment.

All applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of OBGYN Specific Coding
• Have an active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT)
• Live and work in the United States of America
• Take and pass TCN’s OBGYN Coding Exam
