Job summary

The Coding Network, LLC is seeking a seasoned Ophthalmology E&M coder to perform coding for a portfolio of clients across the country. The coder will remotely access operation reports via the client’s EMR and return coded cases.

Hours range from 15 to 40 hours per week, offering flexible part‑time engagement. Applicants must have at least 3 years of Ophthalmology E&M coding experience, hold an active CPC/RHIA/RHIT certification, reside in the United States, and pass TCN’s Ophthalmology E&M

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Ophthalmology E&M Coding experience.
• Active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT).
• Live and work in the United States of America.
• Pass TCN’s Ophthalmology E&M Coding Exam.

Responsibilities

• Perform Ophthalmology E&M coding for multiple clients nationwide.
• Access operation reports via remote EMR and code cases.
• Commitment of 15–40 hours per week.

Job description

The Coding Network (TCN) is looking to contract with an Ophthalmology E&M coder to perform the Ophthalmology E&M coding for a number of clients throughout the country. The coder will access the operation reports via a remote connection to the client's EMR and return the coded cases. Hours can range from a 15-40 hour/week commitment.

NOTE: We do not have needs for surgical Ophthalmology at the moment, our current needs are for E&M only

All applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of Ophthalmology E&M Specific Coding
• Have an active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT)
• Live and work in the United States of America
• Take and pass TCN’s Ophthalmology E&M Coding Exam
