Job summary

Synthires is seeking board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologists to remotely evaluate AI-generated clinical responses in obstetrics and gynecology. Contractors will review de-identified charts and judge the quality of AI outputs to ensure safety and alignment with standards of care.

The role requires MD or DO, active U.S. licensure, ABMS/AOA board certification, and experience in independent practice. Flexible, part-time remote engagement with immediate start is offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology through an ABMS member board or the AOA.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to obstetrics and gynecology questions for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
