Job summary

Synthires is seeking board-certified obstetrician-gynecologists for remote evaluation of AI-generated clinical responses in obstetrics and gynecology. Contractors will review de-identified patient charts and compare AI outputs to improve accuracy, safety, and alignment with current standards of care.

Responsibilities include writing structured rationales and flagging errors that could impact patient safety.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

About the Opportunity

A leading AI lab is seeking board-certified obstetrician-gynecologists to evaluate healthcare AI models. Contractors will review de-identified patient charts and assess AI-generated responses to clinical questions in obstetrics and gynecology, helping improve clinical accuracy, patient safety, and alignment with current standards of care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of post-training clinical experience.
