Job summary

AuraOne Human Data is seeking a remote Obstetrician-Gynecologist reviewer to evaluate obstetrics AI outputs, grade differential reasoning, dosing logic, and guideline adherence, and flag patient-safety issues.

This independent contractor role requires a licensed OB/GYN with hands-on case experience, clear, cited reasoning, and the ability to apply multi-page rubrics across large batches. Remote work is US-eligible and requires at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active or recent license / board certification in obstetrics or a related field.
• Hands-on clinical experience reading patient cases and writing structured assessments.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning citing guidelines, evidence, or standard of care.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current obstetrics guidelines and standard of care for OB/GYN Women’s Health AI Review assignments.
• Grade differential reasoning, dosing logic, and red-flag handling on a structured rubric.
• Flag patient-safety issues with severity tags that match clinical incident taxonomies.
• Capture corrected clinical reasoning so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed cases against published evidence or specialty guidelines.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in weekly inter-rater calibration cycles.
