Qualifications

• OASIS workflow and Plan of Care coordination.
• Experience with OASIS documentation reviews and plan of care approvals.
• ICD Coding/OASIS certification is preferred; active professional license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation per regulations and standards.
• Review OASIS documentation and plan of care; approve for signing provider.
• Monitor OASIS workflow and gaps; recommend improvements to care plans.
