Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Quality Assurance RN focused on OASIS review and regulatory compliance. This fully remote position emphasizes clinical accuracy and documentation integrity to support reimbursement and outcomes.

You will collaborate with clinicians and leadership to ensure the patient record tells the right story. The ideal candidate holds an active Missouri RN license, OASIS COS-C certification, and recent home health experience.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license.
• OASIS Certification required (COS-C or equivalent).
• Recent home health RN experience.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS, documentation, and home health regulations.
• Detail-oriented with confident clinical judgment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate OASIS (SOC, ROC, Recert, Discharge) with a strong clinical lens.
• Ensure documentation, coding, and OASIS align and accurately reflect the patient’s condition.
• Identify gaps that impact reimbursement, outcomes, and compliance.
• Partner with clinicians to provide clear, constructive feedback and support.
• Promote consistency across documentation and interdisciplinary care.
