Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional drafting experience, with multifamily residential and mixed-use buildings, and strong AutoCAD and Revit skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
• Experience with NYC multifamily residential and mixed-use projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, including coordinating drawing packages.
• Strong knowledge of NYC Zoning Resolution and NYC Building Code.
• Ability to independently prepare construction documents and DOB filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation for NYC projects.
• Develop architectural plans for new construction and renovations.
• Prepare drawing packages: floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules.
• Perform preliminary zoning analyses including FAR, height, setbacks, lot coverage, and open space.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and DOB filings to resolve issues.
