Qualifications

• Two years of claims management experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Licensing: NY required
• Jurisdiction knowledge: NY

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process NY Lost-Time claims to determine benefits due
• Negotiate settlement within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to direction requests
