BCG Attorney Search seeks a NY-barred litigation attorney for a remote/hybrid role based in Wilmington, DE. The position represents New York clients in diverse legal matters and allows flexible work arrangements, with court appearances still required when necessary.

The role requires a NY bar, JD, and civil litigation experience plus strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Lexis is preferred. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Barred in NY and familiar with NY law and procedure.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery and arguing motions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences.
• Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigations.
• Draft discovery requests, responses, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle claims.
• Communicate closely with clients to provide legal analysis and advice.
